Hinchingbrooke House has a recorded history of eight centuries. It is a time capsule where we can read about the changes in English life.

Current guardians of the House include Hinchingbrooke School, Cambridgeshire LEA and The Friends of Hinchingbrooke House, a registered charity.

The Friends are volunteers who look after the House's best interests and lobby for its improvement and preservation.
